Believe it or not, I've been recruited as a "Celebrity Dancer" for Dancing with the Stars of Mentoring 2018. Proceeds from the event support MENTOR Rhode Island and their work to provide access to mentoring opportunities for youth around the state.
I have been paired with a professional dancer and will be competing against other couples (seven other to be exact) for the WIN! The big performance will be April 26 at 5:30 at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet in Warwick, RI.
One other way I can win is by raising the most money ($1=1 vote) for the "People's Choice Award" which is given to the dancer who raises the most money. So every little bit helps.
Another way for you to get involved to purchase a ticket (contact me for that info) for a night of entertainment (that's where I come in), dinner and by just showing up to support for this amazing organization.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for MENTOR Rhode Island
