Over the past 9 years as an Elementary Principal in Warwick Public Schools I have seen the amazing impact of the Rhode Island Mentoring Program. In both of my schools we have had over 20 students supported with mentors. Students are excited each week for their mentor visit. They get to build lasting, supportive relationships with caring adults who serve as wonderful role models for students. Many mentor relationships last throughout a student's educational career. The Rhode Island Mentor Program serves as a great support and resource for students who benefit from positive relationships.
This is why I have decided to fundraise and be a participant in the Dancing with the Stars of Mentoring Gala on April 11th, 2025! Contact me for ticket information to attend and cheer me on! Help me win the People’s Choice Award by having the highest funds raised! Thank you!
