The 2019 Frozen Clam Dip & Obstaplunge

Join MENTOR Rhode Island and Laid-back Fitness for the 8th annual Frozen Clam Dip. An invigorating New Year’s Day fundraising plunge that will once again include...the OBSTAPLUNGE. The wildly popular Obstaplunge, is a half-mile obstacle course along the shore that precedes that frigid jump into Narragansett Bay. Plungers can sign-up for either the traditional plunge or the Obtsaplunge (which is suitable for all ages). Throw in a DJ and some food trucks and it's a great way to cap your New Year's celebrations.
Check-In begins at 11AM

$40: Nobstaplungers - Can't Make It, Don't Want to Do It, May Forget to Dive In at the End of the Obstacle Course but Want to Support Mentoring Anyway!!!
All paid participants will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt!
$250: Sponsorship with listing on t-shirt and MENTOR Rhode Island website.
All participants will need to sign a waiver at the event.
Participants under the age of 18 will need to have a parent/guardian present to sign their waiver.
