Dive Into the New Year!
Join us for the 15th Annual Frozen Clam Dip & Obstaplunge! Our New Year's Day tradition continues on Thursday, January 1, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Goddard State Park Beach in Warwick. Ring in the new year supporting a great cause! Take a run through the ninja-style obstacle course or a cleansing plunge into the refreshing waters of Narragansett Bay. Your bravery helps support MENTOR Rhode Island's work to ensure Rhode Island youth have access to the motivational and supportive relationships they need to grow into confident, successful adults.
What you need to know:
IN-PERSON TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT! Cash and credit accepted.
- $44 Adult ticket for a run in the traditional Frozen Clam Dip or Obstaplunge
- $22 Youth ticket for a run in the traditional Frozen Clam Dip or Obstaplunge
- Ninja-style course will run at 11:00 am, 11:30 am and 12:00 pm
- The traditional Frozen Clam Dip will be at noon

- All participants must sign a waiver -- under age 18 must be signed by a parent/guardian
