2021 Frozen Clam Dip & Obstaplunge- Take 2

Join us for The Semi-Thawed Clam, our second attempt at the 10th annual Frozen Clam Dip & Obstaplunge supporting MENTOR Rhode Island. Our new date is Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 11:00AM to 1:30PM at Goddard State Park Beach in Warwick. Postponed from New Year's Day because of COVID-19 restrictions we will still Plunge by Appointment so we can keep the tradition alive and everyone safe and healthy.
Welcome to what we all hope is the one and only year of The COVID Clam Dip & Obstaplunge. For your safety and to adhere to government guidelines, things may look a bit different this year:
- Your choice! Plunge directly into the water or tackle a short run with a few hands-free obstacles first!
- $40 for either option (and you can choose which you'll do on that day)!
- Choose an appointment time and pay via this webpage.
- Each appointment time is limited to 20 participants.
- All participants must sign a waiver and a wellness form or have the forms signed by a parent/guardian if under the age of 18.
- Forms will be sent to participants in advance of the event so they can be printed, filled out and brought to the event ready to hand-in...for your safety we want this event to be as touch-free as possible.
- Please note, there will be NO on-site registration this year.
- PLEASE NOTE: Changing COVID Restrictions may lead to changes in what the event looks like. We appreciate your flexibility as we navigate these extraordinary circumstances.
