2020 Frozen Clam Dip & Obstaplunge Registration

Dive into 2020 with Laid-back Fitness and Mentor Rhode Island at the 9th annual Frozen Clam Dip and Obstaplunge, the world’s ONLY New Year’s Day plunge featuring an obstacle course! Plungers can sign up for a traditional dip into Narragansett Bay or take on an American Ninja Warrior style half-mile shoreline obstacle course that’s suitable for all ages before diving in. All funds benefit Mentor Rhode Island, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to the expansion of quality mentoring services for Rhode Island youth. We raised $12,500 in 2019 and more than $53,500 to-date! Help us make 2020 our best year yet!

$40: Nobstaplungers - Can't Make It, Don't Want to Do It, May Forget to Dive In at the End of the Obstacle Course but Want to Support Mentoring Anyway!!!
All paid participants will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt!
All participants will need to sign a waiver at the event.
Participants under the age of 18 will need to have a parent/guardian present to sign their waiver.
